Pipeline

See your entire hiring process. In real time.

Every candidate, every stage, every client mandate in one live view. Automations run when a stage changes, and stalled candidates are flagged before a client has to ask about them.

Pipeline

What you get

One view of every candidate's status

Drag a candidate from Screening to Interview and the whole team sees it at once. No more digging through email threads or a spreadsheet that was accurate last Tuesday. Recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, and clients all look at the same live board.

Automations that run when a stage changes

Move a candidate to Interview and the confirmation email goes out, the calendar invite is sent, and the hiring manager gets a Slack message. Set the rule once. Every stage change after that handles its own follow-up, and your recruiters stop retyping the same three emails a day.

Bottlenecks flagged before they cost you the candidate

Your daily brief lists candidates that have sat in a stage too long, roles that are not moving, and the stages where applicants drop off. You find out on Monday morning, with time to act, instead of when the candidate accepts an offer somewhere else.

One pipeline per client, all clients in one place

Agencies run a separate pipeline for every mandate, each with its own stages and its own client portal. Your client reviews candidates and gives feedback in the portal, free and with unlimited client users, instead of over CV attachments. You see all mandates side by side.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a recruiting pipeline and why do I need one?

A recruiting pipeline is the sequence of stages a candidate moves through, from first contact to hire. Tracking it in one place tells you where every candidate stands, which roles are stuck, and what needs to happen next. Without it, that knowledge lives in inboxes and spreadsheets and disappears the week a recruiter goes on vacation.

Can Pickr send emails automatically when a candidate moves to a new stage?

Yes. You define what should happen when a candidate enters a stage, such as sending a confirmation email, booking an interview slot, or notifying the hiring manager in Slack. From then on, every stage change runs that follow-up for you. Recruiters still decide who moves where; the automation handles what comes after.

Does Pickr show me where my hiring process is stuck?

Yes. Your daily brief lists candidates that have been waiting in a stage too long, roles that are not moving, and the stages where applicants drop off. You see which interviews are overdue and which clients owe feedback while the candidate is still interested, instead of discovering it in a monthly report.

Can a recruitment agency run separate pipelines for each client?

Yes. Each client mandate gets its own pipeline with its own stages, and your clients review candidates and leave feedback in their own portal, which is free with unlimited client users. You see all mandates side by side, and placements are tracked in the same place, so nothing about a client lives in a separate tool.

Can I move candidates through the pipeline without opening the app?

Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT via MCP and you can move a candidate to the next stage, book an interview, and send the confirmation from a chat window. Pipeline changes also reach your other tools through Slack notifications, webhooks, and the API, so nothing falls out of sync.

Where is my pipeline data hosted?

Candidate data and the application both run in Frankfurt, Germany. Pickr is GDPR / DSGVO compliant, a Data Processing Agreement (AVV) is included, and names and emails are redacted from AI prompts by default. EU-only AI processing is one setting away if you need it.
