Interviews

Interviews that actually produce insights.

Pickr prepares the questions for the role, transcribes the conversation live and drafts the scorecard from what was actually said. Every interviewer evaluates against the same criteria, and the evaluation gets more accurate with every hire.

Interviews

What you get

Question sets prepared for the role, not a generic list

Before the interview, Pickr drafts questions from the job's real requirements and the candidate's background, so the interviewer walks in knowing what to probe. No more forty minutes of "tell me about yourself". You edit, reorder or drop anything. The set is a starting point, not a script.

A live transcript, so nobody takes notes instead of listening

The conversation is transcribed as it happens. Interviewers can look at the candidate instead of their notepad, and afterwards the exact wording is there to check. When two interviewers remember an answer differently, the transcript settles it.

Scorecards that draft themselves from what was said

After the interview, every criterion on the scorecard already carries the relevant passages from the transcript. The interviewer confirms, corrects or disagrees, which takes minutes rather than an evening. The human still evaluates and decides. Pickr does the recall and the typing.

Consistent evaluation across the panel, and free seats for everyone on it

Everyone scores against the same criteria, so a rating from one interviewer means the same as the same rating from another, and candidates can be compared side by side. Interviewer and hiring-manager seats are free, so the people who meet candidates actually log in and their judgment lands in the record.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI decide who gets hired?

No. Pickr prepares questions, transcribes the interview and drafts the scorecard, but a named person confirms or corrects every evaluation before it counts. There are no fully automated hiring decisions, and every AI-assisted step can be inspected and overridden by the interviewer.

Can I edit the interview questions Pickr suggests?

Yes. The question set is a draft built from the role's requirements and the candidate's background. You can edit, reorder, remove or add questions before the interview starts, so the interviewer runs the conversation they want, with better preparation than they would have had time for.

Do interviewers and hiring managers need a paid seat to fill in scorecards?

No. Interviewer and hiring-manager seats are free and unlimited, and a free seat can complete a full scorecard, not just open a CV. Only recruiter seats are paid. We made that choice on purpose: the people who meet candidates produce the most valuable data in the process, and charging for their access keeps it out of the system.

How does Pickr keep interview scores consistent across different interviewers?

Everyone on the panel scores against the same criteria for the role, and each rating is tied to what the candidate actually said in the transcript rather than to an overall impression. That makes a rating from one interviewer comparable with the same rating from another, and it shows at a glance where the panel disagrees, so the debrief starts from the disagreement instead of from memory.

Does Pickr chase interviewers for their scorecards?

Yes. When a scorecard is outstanding, Pickr nudges the interviewer, so the recruiter stops chasing feedback by email. Because the draft is already pre-filled from the transcript, confirming it takes minutes, which is why scorecards actually get submitted instead of sitting in an inbox.

Is candidate interview data hosted in the EU?

Yes. Candidate data and the application run in Frankfurt, Germany. Names and email addresses are redacted from AI prompts by default, personal data is never used to train any AI model, and a GDPR data processing agreement (AVV) is included.
