Why recruiting teams pick Pickr

Stop paying extra for the AI.

Match scoring, drafting, scheduling, interview intelligence, and scorecard analysis are part of Pickr’s core pipeline, not an add-on module with its own line on the invoice.

Stop budgeting weeks for onboarding.

One fast, modern interface covers sourcing, pipeline, client communication, and reporting. New recruiters are productive on day one, without per-feature training sessions.

Stop guessing what renewal will cost.

Every Pickr plan is a flat price per recruiter seat with everything included: AI, client portal, outreach, API. One number per seat, no add-on menu to decode.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Pickr a good alternative to Bullhorn?

For agencies that want the AI included rather than licensed on top, yes. Bullhorn is the established enterprise staffing suite, and its agency data model is mature. Pickr gives you the same model, with clients, mandates, submittals and placements, in one modern interface, and adds automatic AI scoring, drafted replies and stage automations to every recruiter seat. Interviewer seats are free; hiring managers hold a paid seat.

Can I migrate from Bullhorn to Pickr?

Yes. Pickr has a one-click Bullhorn importer. Connect your Bullhorn account and your jobs, candidates, applications and stage history come across in minutes. The import is read-only, so nothing in Bullhorn changes, and you can run both systems side by side until your team has switched. Most teams are live in a day, not a quarter.

What does Pickr do that Bullhorn does not?

Bullhorn offers most of it, but as separately licensed add-ons and marketplace apps: matching, interview intelligence, automation, outreach sequences, a client portal. In Pickr all of that is part of every seat: automatic scoring for every candidate, drafted replies in every thread, one inbox for email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, interviews analyzed against your scorecards, and a free client portal. And every hire makes the next one smarter.

Where is my data hosted with Pickr compared with Bullhorn?

Bullhorn operates UK and German data centers, so European hosting is available on both sides. Pickr goes further: candidate data and the application itself run in Frankfurt, Germany, names and emails are redacted from AI prompts by default, and a signed data processing agreement (AVV) is included. If AI processing must never leave the EU, that is one setting. Every sub-processor we use is published.

Who should stay on Bullhorn?

Large staffing firms whose temp and contract business is wired into Bullhorn's back-office and marketplace apps, and who have already licensed the AI modules they need, will find a switch hard to justify. Bullhorn's reporting is strong. Move to Pickr if you pay for AI as an add-on or do not use it at all, if onboarding a new recruiter takes weeks, or if you want candidate data in Germany and AI that can stay in the EU.
