Marketing Manager

HandTech Solution is a globally active technology and digital marketing company dedicated to helping businesses grow through data-driven, technology-powered marketing strategies. We partner with companies to maximize the impact of their marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness and loyalty, and expand their reach across digital platforms. As we continue scaling our international presence, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our Vienna-based team.

As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of HandTech Solution's marketing plan - from strategy and content planning through to campaign execution and performance reporting. Working within a team of eight and collaborating closely with Sales and Product, you will operate in an agile environment with weekly campaign reviews, ensuring marketing efforts are tightly aligned with business goals and go-to-market priorities. This is a mid-level role offering medium-to-high autonomy, suited to someone who can work independently and thrives on measurable results.

Within your first three to six months, you will conduct a comprehensive audit of existing marketing channels, identify quick wins, and launch the first full integrated campaign within eight weeks. You will also establish a marketing reporting dashboard to track ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics - providing clear, consistent visibility across the business.
