Senior Full Stack Developer

HandTech Solution is a technology and digital marketing company dedicated to helping businesses grow through data-driven strategies, advanced platforms, and cost-effective digital solutions. With a global footprint and a mission to maximize marketing impact, we build the tools and systems that connect brands with their audiences at scale. As we expand our engineering team from 8 to 12 engineers, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Lahore and play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction.

In this role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack features across our core products - from secure RESTful APIs built on .NET Core to dynamic, performant frontends in React and Next.js. You will work closely with backend engineers, frontend developers, DevOps, product managers, and QA in an Agile, sprint-based environment with 2-week cycles and daily standups. Code quality is a first-class concern here, with mandatory code reviews on every pull request.

This is a high-autonomy position for a senior engineer who thrives on ownership. You will not only define technical approaches end to end but also mentor junior developers, drive engineering best practices, and help establish the CI/CD foundations that support a growing team.
